Refund policy

Thank you for choosing FastCricketShop for your cricket equipment needs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In order to facilitate the return process, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

Returns and Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in new and unused condition.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery by the carrier without any exceptions.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packed, insured, and the appropriate postage is paid when returning it.
  • The item should be returned in the same condition as you received it.
  • Please note that used items, or items without its original packaging or tags, are not eligible for return.

For all return requests, please send an email to customercare@fastcricketshop.com. Our dedicated customer care team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include in your return shipment.

Defective Items or Wrong Item Sent:

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us at customercare@fastcricketshop.com immediately. Please insure the items are in the same condition they were received, any signs of use will void any claims.

Fast Cricket Shop will cover the return shipping, as well as the shipping for the replacement item (if applicable).

Discounted Items and Special Sales:

Items purchased under clearance, special sale (Warehouse sale or Pop-up shop), or discounted prices are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the items sent are different from the items purchased.

Cancellation and Restocking Fee:

Orders can be canceled before they are packed and shipped.

Once shipped, please wait for the item to arrive and then contact our customer support.

A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund.

Warranty on Cricket Bats and Equipment:

Cricket bats are subject to wear and tear, and seeing they are made of natural product (wood) there is no explicit warranty coverage from Fast Cricket Shop or the manufacturers.

Warranty coverage for cricket bats, especially the handle, edges and toes, is not provided by manufacturers due to potential misuse, improper preparation processes, or lack of bat care.

The longevity of a cricket bat can be enhanced through a good knocking-in service offered by some retailers, but it will not guarantee protection against improper handling.

Used bats or bats that have undergone knocking are not covered under our return policy.

Warranty on bats and equipment is at the discretion of FastCricketShop.com staff.
